"Super easy takeout, no waiting on that"
Grabbed takeout from Upper Crust after work, it was just easy in that way you hope for. I placed the order, showed up when they said it’d be ready, and this whole pickup thing was quick with no awkward standing around.
The pizza was still hot by the time I got home, which was great. Nothing fancy to overthink here, just good food, ready on time, and that’s pretty much exactly what I want on a busy night.

"That sauce definitely stood out"
I picked up a pizza from Upper Crust the other day—maybe last weekend or earlier in the week, I can’t remember exactly—and the sauce was easily my favorite part. It had a really nice tomato flavor, not too sweet, and just enough garlic to give it a little kick. A lot of places kind of phone it in with bland sauce, but this one actually made the whole pizza better. The crust was good too, but the sauce is the reason I’d order from there again.

"Decent Pizza, But Not Worth the Effort"
The pizza was alright, nothing awful, but I was disappointed with the topping choices. I spent way too much energy trying to build something fun, only to realize the options were basic, especially for veggies and different meats. If you’re fine with the usual toppings, it’ll probably do the job, but for the price I expected a little more variety. In the end it just felt like I wasted time and energy over a pizza that wasn’t anything special.

"Pizza Was Fine, But the Size Felt Small"
The pizza tasted good, but the portion size was a letdown for what it cost. We ordered it thinking it would be enough for two people, but it felt smaller than expected and we were still hungry afterward. Maybe it’s okay if you just want a quick bite, but I’m not sure I’d order again unless the sizes improve. Did anyone else feel like the portions were kind of small too?

"Really nice service, even with a small mix-up"
There was a small mix-up with my order, so I called the store and honestly... they were really nice about it. The person I spoke with didn’t make it feel like a big issue at all, just got it handled quickly. The driver was friendly too and even apologized, which I appreciated, even though it wasn’t really on him. I don’t know, it just felt like they actually cared, and that’s not always the case these days. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Really Solid Veggie Pizza"
I was feeling mentally drained and didn’t want to think too much about dinner, so I ordered the vegetarian pizza. It was really good, plenty of toppings and not bland or boring like some veggie pizzas can be. Ordering was easy too, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely get it again...

In my experience, The Upper Crust has been reliable. I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and delivery has mostly shown up on time. One order was about 10 minutes late, but the food was still warm, so it wasn’t a big deal for me. It’s not absolutely perfect, but I’d say they’re dependable overall. 4 stars from me.

I’ve been here quite a few times now, and it’s become one of those places I know I can count on. Every time I pick up a pizza, it’s hot, the crust comes out just right, and my order is exactly how I expected it. Nothing fancy to overthink—just consistently good pizza every visit.

I was disappointed. There just weren’t many gluten-free choices, and that was frustrating because I kept feeling like my options were really limited. The crust was just meh too—not terrible, but not good either. I really wish there had been more gluten-free options, and I really wish the crust had been better.

"Quick delivery and no hassle"
Ordered from The Upper Crust Pizzeria last night and expected it to take forever since it was right around dinner time. But the driver showed up earlier than the app estimated, and the pizza was still hot, which was a nice surprise. I’m usually a little wary of customer service stuff because if something goes wrong, it can turn into a whole back-and-forth, so I was relieved there were zero issues. Super easy order, fast delivery, and I didn’t have to keep peeking out the door every five minutes. I’d order again.
